I like inspiring in-service and pre-service teachers and educators in both the K–12 and higher education sectors, providing teacher training, and organizing professional development workshops for educators worldwide who want to learn about curriculum design and emerging learning technologies. This website introduces my experiences and skills in instructional design and development, project management, instructional evaluation, research, and translation services.

My Mission
Embarking on a two-decade journey in teaching and instructional design has been a testament to my commitment and realization of my life's mission: to foster impactful learning experiences through innovation. Later, in the early 2000s, I ventured into online content design, crafting eight language modules for the groundbreaking CenAsiaNet project. A significant milestone followed in 2004, marked by creating the first online Uzbek dictionary for Indiana University.
My commitment to lifelong learning and innovation became even more pronounced when I acquired a certificate in distance education and a second master's degree through remote study in 2013. This journey continued as I pursued an Ed.D. degree as a distance learner and a certificate in qualitative inquiry, forging connections with diverse businesses and contributing to a spectrum of projects.
Enriching my journey further is my dedication to community service. My engagement with public institutions and organizations worldwide has inspired me, allowing me to contribute to causes that resonate with my values. These experiences have broadened my perspective and reinforced the belief that education can be a powerful catalyst for positive change.
In addition to my educational endeavors, I actively support educational institutions in their missions, leveraging my skills to make a meaningful impact. Whether designing educational resources, organizing workshops, or collaborating on community initiatives, my goal remains consistent: to catalyze positive transformation.
